As a Fullstack Engineer at Access, your mission is to develop and maintain our cutting-edge platform that empowers users to access funding and resources seamlessly. You'll play a crucial role in building both the front-end and back-end components of our application, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and user-friendly. A Day in the Life of a Fullstack Engineer

• Manage Infrastructure: Oversee and optimize our cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability.

• Front-End Development: Develop and maintain the front end using modern frameworks to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Back-End Development: Build and maintain the back end, ensuring robust performance and data integrity.

• API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs to expand the platform's capabilities and enhance functionality.

• Collaborate with Designers: Work closely with our design team to implement UI/UX improvements and ensure cohesive design implementation.

• Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and mentor junior developers.

• Testing and Debugging: Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the platform is bug-free and secure.

• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for new features and updates.

• Agile Practices: Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Your Superpowers

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)

  • Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, and databases (SQL, NoSQL)

  • Knowledge of API development and integration

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus
