Your Mission

As a Framer Designer & Developer at Kenergy, your mission is to handle the end-to-end design and development of websites and products within our Ideafactory program. You'll be responsible for creating visually stunning and highly functional designs using Framer, bringing various innovative concepts from incubation to market. Working directly with the founders and collaborating with our developers, you'll ensure each project is executed flawlessly, driving the success of our startups and uniting ecosystems.

A Day in the Life of a Framer Designer & Developer

• Collaborate with Founders: Work closely with founders to understand their vision and translate it into beautiful, functional Framer designs.

• User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.

• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes using Framer to visualize and iterate on design concepts.

• UI/UX Design: Design user interfaces that are both visually appealing and easy to use.

• Development: Implement designs using Framer’s powerful design and development capabilities.

• Collaborate with Developers: Work alongside other developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.

• User Testing: Conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback and refine designs.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve products.

Your Superpowers

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Framer for both design and development

  • Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices

  • Experience with responsive design and designing for various screen sizes

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Experience with other design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD is a plus

• Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Framer Designer & Developer or similar role

  • Familiarity with the challenges and demands of a startup's early stages
