Your Mission

As a Product Designer at Kenergy, your mission is to design exceptional user experiences and stunning interfaces for innovative startups within our Ideafactory program. You'll be responsible for taking various ideas and concepts from incubation to market, ensuring each product is visually appealing and user-friendly. Working directly with the founders and collaborating with our developers, you'll bring visionary ideas to life, creating impactful products that unite ecosystems and drive startup success.

A Day in the Life of a Product Designer

• Collaborate with Founders: Work closely with founders to understand their vision and translate it into beautiful, functional designs.

• User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.

• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts.

• UI/UX Design: Design user interfaces that are both visually appealing and easy to use.

• Collaborate with Developers: Work alongside developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.

• User Testing: Conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback and refine designs.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve products.

Your Superpowers

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision

  • Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices

  • Experience with responsive design and designing for various screen sizes

  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

• Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

• Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role

  • Demonstrated ability to design products from the ground up

  • Familiarity with the challenges and demands of a startup's early stages
