Your Mission

As the Technical Co-Founder at Synnc, your mission is to lead and build out the technology behind our platform, unifying communication systems and platforms into one seamless, easy-to-use interface. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of the product, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and innovative. You'll work closely with the founders to bring their vision to life, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform and driving the technical strategy of the company.

A Day in the Life of a Technical Co-Founder

• Technical Leadership: Define and drive the overall technical strategy and architecture for Synnc.

• Product Development: Lead the development of the Synnc platform, including front-end and back-end components.

• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team as the company grows.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the founders to align the technical roadmap with the business vision and goals.

• Innovation: Implement cutting-edge technologies and continuously improve the platform to ensure it meets user needs and stays ahead of the competition.

• Hands-On Coding: Engage in hands-on coding to develop core features and functionalities.

• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain best practices for software development, including testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.

• Agile Practices: Lead agile ceremonies and ensure efficient and effective project management.

• User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and new features.

• Security: Ensure the platform is secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.

Your Superpowers

• Technical Skills:

  • Deep expertise in fullstack development, including proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, databases)

  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Knowledge of API development and integration

  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices

  • Familiarity with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

• Soft Skills:

  • Previous experience in a startup environment is highly desirable
